Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is received and processed. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability, order size, or inventory levels. In some cases, orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

All shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and include tracking information and carrier-provided insurance.

Once an order has been tendered to USPS, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Melana Wellness LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once shipped. Any delivery issues, delays, or claims must be addressed directly with USPS using the provided tracking number.

Shipping insurance is provided by the carrier, and all claims must be filed with USPS.
