REFUND POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hour or prior to shipment (whichever comes first) Due to manufacturers' policy, all (shipped) sales are final. Refunds may only be applied to cancelled orders prior to shipping. Please ensure that you are making the purchase that you intend to make. Some exchanges may be approved at the company's discretion. Shipping costs and credit card transaction fees on any approved exchanges or refunds are not refundable. Shipping costs and transaction fees on any approved exchange or return may be charged to the customer. (3.9% for purchase transactions and 3.9% for return transactions) Any Credit/Debit card processing/transaction fees will be deducted from refund.

Exchanges requests are approved at the store's discretion. If an incorrect item is shipped out there is no charge to the customer.

All returns/refunds or exchanges may be subject to a $9 restocking fee (Per order, not per item) or 7.8% of total transaction, which ever is higher. This fee covers non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment processor for both purchases and refunds.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If a refund has been processed please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
